Set up Alerts to monitor balances, transactions and activity on your account. Finding out you have a low balance may even help you avoid overdraft fees!
Receive an email or text notification on activity like these and more:
Enroll in Alerts using the “Alert Preferences” option under the Account Details in Digital Banking under the Services tab of Online Banking. After selecting the Alert type, choose how you would like to receive the notification.
Alerts are generally sent within an hour of the triggering event. During the hours between 12 AM and 8:30 AM Eastern Time, in-app and push notifications will not be sent, while email and SMS alerts will be sent as normal.
