Curis Financial will be joined by Zach Passmore and Adam Birr – Enforcement Attorneys with the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs.
This session will be divided into two parts: Part 1: Our first presenter will give a brief overview of laws that are in place to help protect consumers. Part 2: Our second presenter will cover laws that apply to homeowner associations operating in South Carolina as well as the legal responsibilities of a landlord and a tenant.
