Hart Lorick, Senior Loan Officer with City of Columbia’s Community Development Department will discuss homeownership programs available in the City of Columbia including down payment and closing cost assistance. Attendees will also learn more about the mission of City of Columbia community development and the historic MLK Ownership Project.
