2027 Annual Meeting – Nominations Deadline

Curis Financial will hold its 2027 Annual Membership Meeting on Wednesday, February 3, 2027, at 12:00 PM ET in the Beaman Auditorium located on the first floor of the Prisma Health Baptist Hospital campus in Columbia. 

2027 Board & Supervisory Committee Election

There are three (3) Board seats and three (3) Supervisory Committee seats
coming up for [re]election.

Deadline to submit nominations by petition is Friday, November 13, 2026.
